What is the average shipping time?

There is a processing time of 2-7 business days when you place an order. After processing, items are shipped out according to the method chosen during checkout. Packages within the U.S. typically arrive within 10-12 days from the time of order. Please note that shipments can take longer during holidays and times of inclement weather. 

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back?

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the the process of creation or marked as shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to check the status of your order and see if you are eligible for cancellation. 

I ordered the wrong size/color, can I get a refund or exchange?

Because of our current manufacturing process, we currently have a strict no return policy unless the item is defective or damaged in some way. Please be sure to carefully examine the size charts and dimensions of all products before ordering to insure you are happy with your order. 

I've only received part of my order. Where is the rest?

To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, orders may be split up into different packages as they are manufactured on-demand. If you have not received all items within 14 business days, first check your tracking number (if applicable) to see if the package is experiencing delays due to weather.
